Hey Friends and Fans and Future Friend/fans,
Well . . . I can't leave well enough alone, so . . . the new band name . . . the last band name . . . the one that will stick . . . until I change my mind again . . is . . . WIDDERSHINS! Look it up on Wikipedia, don't ask me! I am thrilled with the new band. We have added Tero on the bass bringing much needed solid bottom end to the WIDDERSHINS' unique, yet quirkily familiar sound. We are planning some studio time this Fall, so there should be something to hear soon. As before, we are playing the original songs of Bruce Elzinga (me) and have begun adding some songs by our lead guitarist/songwriter Tom Armstrong. The depth of material in this group is endless. Come out and hear us! Checkout our calendar : We are playing at The Skylark Cafe in West Seattle on Sunday night, December 27th (yes right after Christmas, a wonderful escape!!). this all-ages show starts at 7 and we are the third band at 9pm.
